Arrowdynamics® Pty Ltd was founded in 2003 by its Director, Chris Whitecross and is dedicated to teaching practical management and leadership skills.

About Chris

Chris is the creator of the Arrowdynamic® Model of Management Performance™ and the designer of the programs and workshops offered by the company.

Chris' reputation continues to grow in the Australian business community. Since 2003, he has delivered his practical yet powerful message about management and leadership through his Foundations of Leadership Workshop Series. He is sought after as a coach, trainer and experienced speaker at conferences, retreats and forums across Australia.

Prior to establishing Arrowdynamics® Pty Ltd, Chris enjoyed a long career in the finance industry both domestically and overseas and held a number of Senior Executive positions including Deputy General Manager, Japan and State Manager Human Resources with a major Australian Bank.

Chris' more than 30 years of management and senior executive experience both in Australia and overseas combined with his own research, coaching and consulting assignments has made him an authority on practical people management in the workplace.

His background in human resources, international business, financial planning and general management mesh with his tertiary qualifications bringing to each program a unique combination of practical experience and knowledge which he shares with participants.

His clients represent a wide range of industries including small business, the law, accounting, public companies, financial services, hospitality, the media, medical research, recruitment and government. Chris' signature Foundations of Leadership Workshop Series has become standard training for managers and supervisors within a wide range of organisations.

Chris is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management; a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia; a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
